The technical problem that the servo tool magazine needs to solve in the production process is to provide a mechanism for machining the tool magazine, which can divide the functions of the tool magazine mechanism into multiple mechanisms, improve the accuracy of tool conveying, be more stable in the tool conveying process, and there will be no inaccurate or even erroneous tool returns.
To solve the above technical problems, the servo tool magazine adopts a technical solution of a machining center dual servo tool magazine mechanism, including a frame, a fixed plate, a horizontal moving part, a clamping part, and a tool magazine part. There is a fixed plate in the middle of the frame, and two sets of horizontal moving parts symmetrically arranged on the side of the fixed plate with the central axis of the fixed plate as the axis. Each set of horizontal moving parts is equipped with a clamping component, and the inner side of the frame is located on the same horizontal plane as the clamping component. A tool magazine component is also provided;
The clamping component comprises a connecting part and a clamping part. The connecting part is installed on the horizontal moving component, and a clamping part is also provided inside the connecting part;
The connecting part includes connecting rod B, annular disc, telescopic column, and spring. The top of connecting rod B is equipped with a hollow structure annular disc. Two sets of telescopic columns are symmetrically installed inside the annular disc, with the center of the annular disc as the central axis. The output ends of the two sets of telescopic columns are connected to the spring, and the spring is connected to the clamping part;
The clamping part includes a battery and an electromagnet. The battery is connected to the electromagnet through a wire, and the electromagnet is installed at the output end of the telescopic column and fixedly connected to the spring.
